Easy Low Carbohydrate Diet Plan

Here is my easy low carbohydrate diet plan in a few short points:

  1. When you start a low carbohydrate diet you should increase the amount of proteins that you eat, that way you won’t damage your muscle tissue. It is better to choose natural sources for your protein such as beef, chicken, fish, eggs etc. You can also add some protein powder Y to your menu.
  2. If you experience a drop in your energy levels (especially if you are an athlete) try to minimize the amount of your physical training until your body will adjust.
  3. Don’t get extreme and stop eating any carbohydrates, you just should avoid carbohydrates at night, increase the amount of fruits and vegetables and after physical activity you can eat simple carbohydrates like white bread, potatoes or an energy drink. Eat less than 4 carbohydrates for each pound of your body.
  4. If you will eat many protein meals a day you won’t feel hungry.
  5. Don’t eat more fat – the fat you eat should stand for 30%-40% of your daily calories limit. Just choose between whole eggs, beef, salmon, smoked fish or avocado. If you want more fat than that and you wont choose saturated fat then you won’t gain more cholesterol.
